Dennis Fallo is a certified instructor through the Tai Chi for Health Institute, founded by Dr. Paul Lam, M.D., who in 1997 led a team of tai chi and medical specialists to create this easy and enjoyable program. It’s great for beginners and improves balance, focus, health, wellness and fall prevention. Come learn the basic “CORE MOVEMENTS” in Part 1. Then join us for Part 2 to learn the “EXTENSION MOVEMENTS,” which ?is? a continuation of Part 1. Wear loose clothing and bring a pair of flat bottom shoes. Program approved by the Arthritis Foundation, CDC, and other organizations and is best suited for individuals age 55 and up. Senior discount: $50.

The Art of Chip Carving

Chip carving is a very relaxing and rewarding craft. In this class you will learn basic chip carving, including how to sharpen and hold the knife, as well as proper layout, and you will create a unique piece to take home. Carving knife available through instructor for $17 to $24. Materials fee of $7 paid directly to instructor.

This class will focus on education and physical training for women age 50 and older. Samantha will teach you how to safely use weights to gain muscle and will also assist you in choosing the proper equipment for home use.
