Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

This 180-hour course is geared to prepare you to work in a nursing home, hospital, and a home healthcare setting. The class includes preparation for and taking the State of Maine Competency Exam as well as qualifying to work in both Maine and New Hampshire facilities. Know Your iPad

Your iPad came with some cool apps, do you know how to use them? Bring your iPad and learn the basics. Explore how to get around on your tablet, organize your icons, how to turn it on and off, change the power settings, find and install apps, how to close running apps, and even how to “reboot” your iPad. During the second week, learn how to copy & paste text and images, how to use the onscreen, or connect an external keyboard, and finally, learn all those little tips and tricks that make surfing the web on your iPad faster and easier. Finally, learn how to use Calendar, manage your Contacts, take Notes, use your camera, and make video calls with Face Time.
