Ceramic Bird Feeder
with CYNTHIA PLAISTED
Are you a bird lover who wants to attract some birds to your yard? Get ready for spring in this 2-night class where you will make your own handmade bird feeder out of ceramic clay! Cynthia will work with you using the slab-build method to create your feeders. You’ll be able to customize your feeder using a number of different tools to add texture and design, or you can freehand designs. When the feeders are ready, you will glaze them before their final firing.

Pickup finished projects on Monday, May 5th at 6pm
A materials fee of $15 is due at the start of class to the instructor.

Brighten up your table with fresh spring flowers, just in time for Easter! In this class you will use fresh flowers and greens to make a beautiful centerpiece for your table.

Cutting the Cord

This class will not only show you the wide variety of options out there, but also teach you some tools to decide if cutting the cord is right for you.

Windowsill Herb Garden

Let's grow fresh herbs for cooking! Beth will bring a variety of herb plants to class. Learn how to grow, harvest and cook with them. You will plant your own herb seeds to start your garden! Herb plants will be available for purchase!

Estate Planning and Revocable Trusts & Irrevocable Trusts

This class will begin with an overview of basic estate planning, including Wills,Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, etc. The class will then delve into,learning how revocable trusts can help avoid probate and protect your privacy, andhow irrevocable trusts can protect your assets from nursing home or Maine Care(Medicaid) liens. Discussion will include other strategies to safeguard assets from life events such as business failure or divorce of adult children.
