Crystal Geode Bath Bombs!

Create your own bath bomb! These bath bombs (made to look like crystal geodes) are fun and easy to make! Enjoy them at your next bathtime or give to someone who could benefit from the gift of relaxation. Bath bombs are made of sea salt, citric acid, coconut oil, and corn starch! Diana will walk you through the process of mixing the ingredients, to include color and scent!
Materials fee $5 paid to the instructor.
Window Sill Garden

Looking for some garden fun before the snow melts? Come and learn how to grow your own windowsill herb garden and how to harvest, store and use your herbs. Plants and seeds available for purchase. Bring your own planter or use containers provided. $5 materials fee (payable to instructor) covers soil, seeds and small container to start your garden.

Extension Movements
Dennis Fallo, Board Certified Instructor through Tai Chi for Health Institute, will lead you through the next six lessons using Sun style Tai Chi designed for folks who have completed the Basic Core Movements in the first six lessons. These next lessons are a continuation and natural progression by Dr. Paul Lam and will help increase focus, balance, flexibility, and fall prevention. Please wear loose clothing and flat-bottom footwear suitable for exercise. Prerequisite: Basic Core Movements class.
This class will be held virtually through Zoom sessions. Links will be emailed out before the start of class.

Estate Planning

This class will be an overview of basic and sophisticated estate planning, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care directives and a discussion of the probate process and how to avoid it. Kathryn Bedell is a law partner at Ballou & Bedell in York. Her practice focuses on estate planning, asset preservation, and probate matter, including guardianships and conservatorships.
Introduction to Braille

Join us to learn about communicating by touch with Braille. This one-day class is an introductory workshop on using Braille and will cover things like Braille cells and how to make numbers out of letters. You will leave with a better understanding of the Braille language.
Water Bath Canning

Join this fun class to learn about food preservation through the practice of the water canning process. There will be two separate class offerings. In the first class, students will learn how to make their very own tasty jelly. And in Kate's second class, students will learn how to make some delicious salsa. At the end of the class, students will get to take home a jar of freshly canned produce they made! All material fees are included in the cost of class. Long hair must be secured, and please bring a hand towel or pot holder to carry your hot jar home.
