Vinyasa connects breath with movement, and this class will guide you gently through sun salutations, some standing and seated postures, and end with quieting and meditative postures. Suitable for all skill levels these classes will help improve your strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. Specific alignment cues are given throughout to keep you safe. Each class is uniquely woven together so each time you step on the mat you’ll experience a new journey! You will leave feeling refreshed, energized and strengthened. Drop in fee $12
