With the cold winter right around the corner, what better way to take care of yourself or a loved one than creating your own aromatherapy care package! From lip balm to tea, there’s something for everyone, and these make-and-takes are a great way to create your own spa experience from the comfort of your home.

Materials for class: Please bring a glass measuring cup (at least 2 cups) plus a spatula or spoon for stirring.

November 28: Shower Steamers
Add the therapeutic benefits of essential oils to shower time with a shower steamer! Similar to bath bombs, shower steamers can help in a number of different ways including helping you relax and clearing your sinuses. Nancy will help you create the perfect blend to make your next shower time alleviate your worries.

December 5: Lip Balm
Say goodbye to cracked, chapped lips! Nancy will show you how you can make your own all natural lip balm using essential oils. Not only is it safe to use essential oils, but using more natural ingredients is safer for healing dry lips than the store-bought lip balms.

December 12: Sugar Scrub
Learn how to use essential oils and available items in your kitchen to create your own exfoliating scrub! With a mixture of clove, vanilla extract, sugar, and coconut oil, you will create a scrub that you can use on your hands or body.

December 19: Immunity-Boosting Tea
Get ahead of cold/flu season by making your own immunity-boosting tea! Nancy will show you the best blend of herbs to use and how to brew it. She will bring in some tea for you to try during class time!
