Water Bath and Pressure Canning

Join all 4 of these fun classes to learn about food preservation and possibly make your own delicious holiday gifts! These classes will cover the water bath canning process, as we prepare Grape Jelly, Cranberry Sauce and Salsa. We will also learn about the Pressure Canning process during our class on preserving Carrots. Students will take home a jar of freshly canned produce after each class. All materials included in cost of class. Long hair must be secured. Please bring a hand towel or pot holder to carry your hot jar home. Max of 6 so register today!
