Come join us as we explore the wonders of clay! You will develop and use it to create unique pieces of your own design through a variety of techniques. You will be encouraged to try the manual and electric wheels, roller, carving tools, and beautiful glazes to bring the pieces you imagine to life. Beginners to experts welcome.

Class scheduled as follows;
Classes 1-4: For creation
Class 5: Prepping pieces for firing
Class 6: Glazing pieces

Clay and glaze cost is $45 due to the instructor at the first class.

There is a max of 15 students per session.

Darning and Mending

Learn the vital art of sewing, darning and mending. We'll study cross-hatching hole-mending, then employ a few simple stitches to create a functional cloth pouch. Bring your holy garments! We will have an assortment of yarns, threads, needles, fabrics and patches. We'll help you fix as much as we can!

Materials are included in the cost of the class!

You’ll learn how to shape, stretch, and bake the perfect pie while discovering the benefits of sourdough’s natural fermentation—like easier digestion and bold, tangy flavor. Bring your favorite pizza toppings and condiments to customize your creation, then enjoy your made-from-scratch masterpiece together.

Rook and Roll: Adult Chess Workshop

All are welcome to this six week class of chess! No prior knowledge of chess is needed, but even experienced players will have fun.

For beginners starting their chess journey, the class will focus on the basic rules of chess, developing playing skills, and introducing strategic concepts that will build to playing full games of chess. For experienced chess players already on the journey, the classes will help refine playing skills. Learn and play the game of Kings!

If you would like your own Chess Sets cost $10 payable to the instructor at the start of the class (if you are signing up to take the class with a partner, you only need to pay for one.)
