Join us for a class in Hatha Yoga led by certified instructor, Nancy Cotty from Peace Within Yoga. Yoga is a great way to relax and improve your health and well being. The focus will be on stretching and breathing while building our strength and finding peace. All levels are welcome. Drop-ins are welcome and new students can join anytime. Gel Plate Printing is a dynamic and fun way to express yourself through creating monoprints on a soft, pliable gel plate.  Each one-of-a-kind print is as individual as the person creating it and requires no prior art skills to do. In class you will learn what gel plate printing is, how to do it using several different techniques, and be provided with the materials needed to create a variety of prints. 

This class is so much fun & expected to fill up fast so sign up early!

Step back in time and discover the magic of tintype photography! Learn the history and context of wet plate collodion, the 19th century's most popular photographic process which gave working class Americans their first chance to own a picture of themselves or a loved one. Students will also have a hands-on chance to make their own tintype in this darkroom-based class. The instructor will work through each step in the process, from coating, sensitizing, shooting, developing and fixing the plate. Each student will go home with their own, heirloom quality, finished, half-plate tintype. No prior photography experience required.

Materials fee is included in the cost of the class.

In this one-night workshop, author and medium Rob Gutro will provide guidance in how to best self-market your book. Writing a book can sometimes be the easiest part! Marketing is a constant job! You’ll learn about some easy to make resources in this course and how to look for interviews. Rob will guide you through building a marketing plan to help turn your story into a successful self-published title.

Bring your own crochet project and enjoy a relaxing, creative evening with fellow yarn lovers! Whether you’re just getting started or have been crocheting for years, this open studio class is the perfect place to work at your own pace, socialize, and get inspired. 

Lisa, an experienced crocheter, will be on hand to offer guidance, answer questions, and help troubleshoot any tricky stitches. She’ll also have patterns and yarn available for anyone looking to try something new or needing a little extra inspiration. 

Come unwind, create, and connect - no matter your skill level, you’ll find support, community, and plenty of yarn-filled fun!

Create Colorful Wax Blossom Branches! 

Bring a touch of spring into your home with this fun and creative class! Using a small branch and colorful wax, you’ll craft beautiful, vibrant “flowers” that are perfect for decorating your space or gifting to a friend. No experience is needed— just your creativity and a love for all things bright and cheerful. 

A perfect spring craft you’ll enjoy making and showing off! 

Materials fee of $5.00 payable to the instructor. 

Finish those UFOs (aka unfinished objects) or start a new one. Pick up helpful tips from fellow stitchers and make new friends! Escape those constant interruptions at home with over five hours of sewing and camaraderie. Show and tell is encouraged, and no one is too new to join in the fun! Bring handwork or your sewing machine and supplies. Iron, ironing board, cutting mats and rulers supplied.
