Join us for a class in Hatha Yoga led by certified instructor, Nancy Cotty from Peace Within Yoga. Yoga is a great way to relax and improve your health and well being. The focus will be on stretching and breathing while building our strength and finding peace. All levels are welcome. Drop-ins are welcome and new students can join anytime. Have you ever wanted to learn how to hand embroider? Look no further! In this two-night class, Heather will teach you the ins and outs to get you started on your hand embroidery journey. You will learn basic stitches, learn about materials you can embroider, and understand how the right needle and thread can make all the difference. This is a great class for all skill levels. By the end of the class, you will have completed an embroidery piece that you can display proudly in your home.

Don't forget to bring your imagination!

A kit fee of $25 is due at the start of class to the instructor.

Improve your well being through the peaceful movements of Tai Chi. Tai Chi is an excellent way to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination. This slow movement excercise is great for people of all ages and skill levels. In this 8-week program, you will walk through the different series of movements of Tai Chi.

Get hooked on the fun of surprise stitches! In this 4-night class, a pattern will be randomly selected with a different granny square pattern each week. We will crochet two of that week’s design. From classic to quirky, no two weeks are the same! By the end of the session, you’ll have a colorful collection of squares ready to be stitched into a one-of-a-kind pillow sham. Students should have a basic knowledge of crocheting.

Due to a scheduling conflict the dates of this class have changed. The new dates for this class are April 2 - April 30 (no class on April 23)

Finish those UFOs (aka unfinished objects) or start a new one. Pick up helpful tips from fellow stitchers and make new friends! Escape those constant interruptions at home with over five hours of sewing and camaraderie. Show and tell is encouraged, and no one is too new to join in the fun! Bring handwork or your sewing machine and supplies. Iron, ironing board, cutting mats and rulers supplied.

Space is limited to 16 people so be sure to register early!

Build on the skills learned in our "Introduction to Digital Photography" class with this deeper dive into creative camera techniques. Students will expand their understanding of key concepts while exploring contrast, the rule of thirds, composition strategies, and more. This class focuses on helping you develop your artistic eye and learn how to tell a story through your images. Perfect for those who understand the basics and are ready to take their photography to the next level.

This beginner friendly, fun quilt uses coffee filters as your pattern. The background squares can be the same color or scrappy. There are lots of possibilities to put it together. Decorative stitches on your machine are a plus. We'll be making a queen size quilt which requires 3 yards of the background fabric and 3 yards of fabric for the circles.
