Ifyou took Kayla’s Sourdough 101 class and have a starter that is ready tobake you can bring it to class or purchase a starter before the class. Inthis class you will learn different mixing and folding techniques to getthe perfect bread. You will also learn how to take any excess dough youmay have and see what you can make with it. Kayla will have doughready to bake in class and you will get to take home the loaves made tobake at home.
