Gentle Beginner Hatha Yoga - Session 3

Join us for a class in Hatha Yoga led by certified instructor, Nancy Cotty. The focus will be on stretching and breathing while building strength and finding peace. All levels are welcome. Quilt & Sew Weekend #3

Finish those PhD’s (projects half done), start a new one, pick up tips and make new friends! Escape the constant interruptions at home for over eleven hours of sewing and camaraderie. Show and tell is encouraged and no one is too new to join the fun! Bring handwork or your sewing machine and supplies. Iron, ironing board, cutting mats and rulers supplied. Registration requires a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20. Senior Discount: $7. One day cost: $10.

The result is a fluffy, cozy quilt that is great when you need an extra layer to keep out the chill. This is a quick and easy, no-fail project! The finished quilt is 50” wide and 55” long.
