Please join us for a half hour of yoga, a one- or two-mile walk or run, and a fun obstacle course on the Mill Field in North Berwick to raise money for the D.A. Hurd Library and the Cancer Care Center of York County. Registration begins at 11:30 am, and the event will start at 12 noon. $20 for adults / $15 for youth ages 7-18
Absolute Beginner Yoga
with NANCY COTTY
Yoga is for anybody and everybody! This class is perfect for anyone who has never tried yoga or has not practiced in awhile. Class takes place in a comfortable, relaxed environment, and Nancy will guide you through basic poses, focusing on proper alignment of the body and breathing. Flexibility is not needed to join any beginner yoga class. All equipment will be provided. Information learned through a yoga class should not be considered a substitute for medical advice. Yoga classes have a drop-in fee of $12 per session, where applicable. No senior discount.
AKC Canine Good Citizen

Train your dog how to be a good citizen. This course is for dogs 12 months old and older who know basic obedient commands. You will work on the ten test items required for the AKC canine Good Citizen test. The test will be given on the last night of class. Vaccinations required: rabies, distemper, bordetella. Angel Card Reading

This class is designed to connect you with your angels so you can experience them as you never have before. Angels are all around us, and all we need to connect with them is to have the intent. In this class, you will begin to understand your psychic abilities and understand we all have them. With the assistance of Angel Cards, you will learn to communicate with your Angels and find the answers you’ve been looking for. You must bring your own deck of “Doreen Virtue Angel” cards (not Tarot cards) to class. They can be found online and in bookstores.

Annual Shopping / Museum Trip to Boston

Head to Boston for a day of exploration! Finish up your holiday shopping, visit a museum, explore Faneuil Hall Marketplace / Quincy Market or head over to the Boston Christmas Festival at the World Trade Center. The New England Aquarium is within walking distance, as is the European cultural delight of the North End. Registration minimum of 30 and a maximum of 40.
