Gentle Beginner/Slow Flow Yoga - Minis, Session 2

Yoga is a great way to relax and improve your health and well-being. Join Nancy for a class in Hatha Yoga. We will stretch and do some standing poses that include movement. The focus will be on stretching and breathing while building strength and finding peace. All levels are welcome. Yoga classes are ongoing. Drop-in’s are welcome and new students can join anytime. All equipment will be provided for you. Information learned through yoga classes and workshops should not be considered a substitute for medical advice. Drop-in fee is $12.00.
