Gentle Beginner Hatha Yoga - Session 2

Yoga is a great way to relax and improve your health and well-being. This class will focus on stretching and breathing while building strength and finding peace. All levels are welcome. Yoga classes are ongoing throughout the year, and new students can join anytime. All equipment will be provided. Neck and Shoulders Workshop

This course is offered through Di-Al Reiki at their studio located in North Berwick. In this combination of lecture, discussion and experience, you will learn the Reiki II symbols and how to use them during practice time. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, the self-treatment, and practice using all the Level II symbols including distant healing. Students will earn a class certificate and CEs and CEUs for nurses and massage therapists are provided. Prerequisite: Must have taken Reiki Level I class. Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention

Please wear loose clothing and bring a pair of flat bottom shoes. This program has been approved by the Arthritis Foundation, CDC, and other organizations, and is best suited for individuals age 55+.
