Gentle Beginner Hatha Yoga - 6 Week

Join us for a class in Hatha Yoga led by certified instructor, Nancy Cotty from Peace Within Yoga. Yoga is a great way to relax and improve your health and well being. The focus will be on stretching and breathing while building our strength and finding peace. All levels are welcome. Drop-ins are welcome and new students can join anytime. Intro to Expressive Art Journaling

Mixed media art journaling gives you the freedom to create self-expressive art without the fear of mistakes. Expressive art journaling can help to reduce stress, depression and anxiety. In this 6-week class, learn to create a visual expression of ideas, thoughts and emotions while relaxing and having fun using a wide range of art supplies and techniques.
No art skills required! Supplies for use in class are provided.

Psychic-Mediumship Practice Circle

Come practice and develop your psychic-mediumship skills in an open, safe, supportive environment. All levels of experience welcome and all types of intuitives and energy workers welcome. This group will be shaped by the attendees’ needs and wants for practice, so come prepared with what you would like to work on but also be open to exploring new things.
Please bring with you (if you have them): a Tarot or oracle card deck, a pendulum, dowsing rods, a small & meaningful personal object, etc. There will be a limited supply of extras for attendees.

Reiki Practice Circle

This is an opportunity to practice giving Reiki in a safe and guided environment with an opportunity to also receive a session as well. Reiki II certification is a requirement. If you'd like to attend, but took Reiki II elsewhere, please bring your Reiki II certificate with you.
*Required to be at least Reiki 2 certified.

Zumba - 6 Week

Zumba - Fitness and Fun Dance is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Maribel mixes both low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a calorie-burning dance fitness party. Students of all experience levels are welcome in this class, and Maribel will help show students both low and high impact dance moves to fit students' class goals/abilities. If you’re looking for a no-pressure fitness class that brings lots of fun and energy, then this class is for you!
Bring a water bottle; wear comfortable clothes and indoor shoes with little to no tread to reduce twisting knee joints.

Intro to Runes

Runes are ancient symbols most notably used by the Nordic & Germanic tribes of northern Europe and may date back to as early as 200 B.C.E. They represent forces and objects in nature used for spiritual, religious, and magikal purposes.
In this workshop you will learn more about Runes, their meanings, uses in magick, and how to use them for divination.
