Absolute Beginner Yoga

This 4-week introductory yoga class is great for the curious who want to try yoga or have not practiced in awhile. It is a comfortable relaxed environment and appropriate to use as a refresher. Nancy will guide the class through basic poses and focus on proper alignment of the body. Flexibility is not needed in this class. Drop in fee is $12.00.

All equipment will be provided for you. Information learned through yoga classes and workshops should not be considered a substitute for medical advice. Drop-in fee is $12.00.

Stress Relief Roll-on

You will explore oils that reduce anxiety naturally. As you learn about these natural oils you will make a roll-on that you can apply to yourself to assist in stress relief. This is a great make and take class. You will not want to miss out as Diana is hinting at adding a wonderful lavender spray for your pillow as a bonus! Materials fee of $7.00 is paid directly to the instructor.

Stretching for Runners

Stretching is an important part of everyday life and especially important for runners of all distances. Don't ignore this important piece in your training program. Learn how to stretch without injury. You will be standing, sitting, and on the floor both with and without using ribbon bands. After you learn how to stretch, Sam will create a personalized program just for you at no additional cost. This class may be just the thing to up your performance level at home, work and on the road!
