Tai Chi for Heart Conditions - Virtual

Medical and Tai Chi experts designed Tai Chi Heart (TCH) to be safe, easy to learn, and effective for mature adults of all ability levels. This program is designed to improve balance, flexibility, immunity and relaxation, placing emphasis on building energy related to the heart and heart health. Dr. Lam’s team has incorporated medical research and Traditional Chinese Medicine as in all his Tai Chi for Health programs. Please wear loose clothing and flat-bottom shoes suitable for exercise.
This class will be held virtually through Zoom sessions.

Gentle Beginner Hatha Yoga

Join us for a class in Hatha Yoga led by certified instructor, Nancy Cotty from Peace Within Yoga. Yoga is a great way to relax and improve your health and well being. The focus will be on stretching and breathing while building our strength and finding peace. All levels are welcome. Yoga classes are ongoing-there will be sessions taking us through the school year.. Drop-ins are welcome and new students can join anytime. All equipment will be provided for you. Information learned through yoga classes and workshops should not be considered a substitute for medical advice.
