Indoor routes range from 1/3 to 1/2 mile. If you’re up for a challenge, you have the option of including stairs in your workout. The outdoor routes are about a mile in distance. This is a great way to get in some exercise, especially during the cold New England months. Bring a friend or come as a family. All are welcome! Not to mention, joining is FREE!
To join, just drop by the adult education office to sign in and pick up a name tag. When you're done, you just sign out and drop off your name tag. Join the fun and become a Noble Strider!
