Bring your iPad to this 3-night class and learn the basics. Your new iPad came with some cool apps, do you know how to use them? Learn how to use your calendar, manage your contacts, take notes, use your camera, and make video calls with Face Time. Be sure to bring your fully charged iPad or iPad mini to class. This class would also be helpful if you want to learn more about your iPhone.

Getting to Know Your Serger

Dust off your serger and learn how easy it is to use! We will start with serger threading and maintenance, then learn basic stitches. Discover how easy it is to tie on and off and to sew perfect curves and corners. We will finish up by creating a pretty and functional personal scrap caddy designed to catch your serger cast-offs and keep your most needed tools close at hand. Bring your serger to class, along with 2 needles, 4 different colors of thread and any accessories that you have. Your instructor will provide fabric samples and instructions. Max is 4 so register today!

Prevent accidents by learning defensive driving techniques. Bureau of Highway Safety staff will teach you how to improve your driving. Upon completion a 3-point credit will be applied to your driving record. Registration fee includes course materials. Payment in advance is preferred.


Photography 101

Learn basic camera operations, design and composition along with editing. This class is a hands on experience which will allow you to learn and practice for 5 weeks. Some of the topics covered will be the exposure triangle, lenses, tripods, white balance, rule of thirds, composition, processing, folders, spot healing, resizing photos for distribution. Learn lots of little tricks along the way. Bring your camera and manual for a fun and easy to understand experience.
