Spend a little time with your budding chef as the two of you learn how to make this delicious pancake mix. During class, you will make and sample this recipe and then take home a jar of the mix... enough for four batches of pancakes! Class maximum is six teams. Class cost includes all the ingredients and quart canning jar.

Have you always wanted to learn about canning and preserving? Join us for a class on Pressure Canning, the method used to preserve fruits, vegetables, meats and other food items. You will learn safety, history, and essential canning tools/utensils. Students will take home a jar of carrots. All materials included in cost of class. Long hair must be secured. Bring a towel or potholder to carry your hot jar home. Max of 6 so register today!
