This crashcourse will teach you some basic chords and get you playing along with your favoritesongs right away. Since this class is being held online with ZOOM, you will be able tosit at home with your guitar and take this class without any pressure at all. And sincethe class includes an online book and online follow-up video lessons, you will be ableto continue your practice and study on your own. An optional periodic online questionand answer session is also included. A recording of the class is included as well. Class limited to 15 students. For ages 13+.

• How to tune your guitar
• Basic strumming patterns
• How to buy a good guitar (things to avoid)
• How to play along with simple tunes
Garden Pottery

'Tis the season for gardening! Why not use your green thumb to create some fun garden pieces? In this three night ceramics class, get creative by making some different garden-related pieces including stakes and planters. This is a great class for beginners who are interested in starting to work with clay and glazes.
Week 1: Create up to 14 garden stakes to help you with keeping your garden nice and organized.
Week 2: Make either 2 standing planters, 2 wall planters, or one of each!
Week 3: The third and final class will consist of glazing and firing your creations!
Pick up time! To pick up your ceramic creations the studio will be open the week following the final class between 5 and 8pm
Materials fee: $20 and payable to the instructor first night of class.
Making Goats Milk Soap with Mom

Spend time with your kiddos and join Shana for a one night-workshop. Just in time for Mother's Day, NACE is excited to work with Shana to bring you a fun parent/child class based on her popular "Making Goat Milk Soap" class. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the art of soap making with goat milk collected from Shana's herd of goats at Pond View Farm. You will get to make your own batch of six bars per team, that you'll be able to take home after they have cured for 48 hours.
$15 materials fee payable to the instructor at the start of class.

For this class, the parent will register and can bring a max of 2 children to class with them to make 1 batch of soap together. When you register, only the parent registers, you do not have to register your children separately. If you have any questions, please reach out at 207-676-3223.

Grow Your Own Herb Garden

Making Goats Milk Soap

Back by popular demand!
Have you ever wanted to try making soap with goats milk? Or even have your own goats and need something else to do with the excess milk? In this hands-on workshop you will be able to make your own mini-batch of goat’s milk soap-- making six bars of soap-- that you can then take home with you (Please note: these take up to 48 hours to cure, so you may pick them up after that time). Treat yourself or make as a gift for a loved one!
$15 materials fee payable to the instructor at the start of class.
Be sure to register early. There are only 6 spots available per session, and they fill fast!

Learn Disc Golf!

Come check out Hammond Farm Disc Golf Course, here in North Berwick at 410 Fox Farm Hill Rd. You will get a lesson and some practice time before you head out on the course to play a round. If you are a beginner, Pro player Scott Walsh will introduce you to the game and if you have some experience playing, then Scott will help you improve your disc golf skills.
We will provide the discs if you need them, so all you need to bring is your sense of adventure and willingness to have fun!
Groups are welcome. Come and give it a try!
