Sew for "Dress A Girl"
with NACE Staff

Every girl deserves at least one dress. Since October 2009, "Dress A Girl Around The World" has reached over 81 countries with a recorded number of over one million dresses delivered to girls in need around the world. Recently, we spoke with the Maine DAG Ambassador, Jane, who is in need of help with sewing menstral pads and dresses for girls in need.
We will be holding 4 sewing dates for those who are interested in volunteering their time to sew. You can stay the whole time or for a few hours; any help is appreciated. If there are more requests for sewing days, we will update that information on our website and social media. Feel free to bring a lunch with you; the sewing room at NACE has a refrigerator you can keep your food/drinks in.
We do ask volunteers to please register for the days they wish to come in and sew to be sure the sewing room and supplies are all ready.
