For beginner sewers! This is the ultimate easy quilt! Layered fabric blocks are pieced together with exposed seams then laundered to fray the fabric edges. The result is a fluffy, cozy quilt that is great when you need an extra layer to keep out the chill. This is a quick and easy, no-fail project! The finished quilt is 50” wide and 55” long.
Supplies List: 3/4 yard each of four 45” wide flannel prints

This course is offered through Di-Al Reiki at their studio located in North Berwick. The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. You will learn the Reiki II symbols and how to use them during practice time. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, the self -treatment, and practice using all the Level II symbols including distant healing. Students will earn a class certificate and CEs and CEUs for nurses and massage therapists are provided. Pre-requisite: must have taken Level I class. Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an excellent way to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.  This 10 week program is designed to promote good health, stress relief, relaxation, and centering. Tai Chi provides a peaceful way to improve your well-being. This class is for all levels with little and absolutely no experience with Tai Chi.  Register early as this class has a maximum of 15 and fills very quickly. Individuals on a wait list may be asked to attend on another evening. Senior discount: $42.00.

Improve your writing to prepare for a job application, the HiSET writing exam or college freshman English.  Students will learn how to compose a cohesive essay with unified paragraphs and solid sentence structure.
