Yoga In The Middle

Practice for all bodies, all levels. Class opens with breath work, gentle stretches and somatic movement. Followed by dynamic flow, balanced with stillness, to create flexibiliy, strength, and stamina. Ending with yin/restorative postures before settling into final relaxion.

Finish those UFO’s or start a new one. Pick up helpful tips from fellow stitchers and make new friends! Escape those constant interruptions at home for over five hours of sewing and camaraderie. Show and tell is encouraged, and no one is too new to join in the fun! Bring handwork or your sewing machine and supplies. Iron, ironing board, cutting mats and rulers supplied.

Create your own bath bomb! These bath bombs (made to look like crystal geodes) are fun and easy to make! Enjoy them at your next bathtime or give to someone who could benefit from the gift of relaxation. Bath bombs are made of sea salt, citric acid, coconut oil, and corn starch! Diana will walk you through the process of mixing the ingredients, to include color and scent!

Sew Your Own Face Coverings - 3 different styles

Learn how quick and easy it is to sew your own cloth face mask. In this 3 week class, we will learn to sew a different style each week. Try them all out and find the style that works best for you.

Supplies:
•  Pre-washed 100% cotton fabrics:
    2 pieces 7.5X9 inches for each mask
•  16 inches 1/4 inch wide elastic
    and 2 silicone sliders for each   mask.
•  Sewing Machine, thread, pins, scissors

Kits can be purchased from instructor for $8 per mask.

Window Sill Garden

Looking for some garden fun before the snow melts? Come and learn how to grow your own windowsill herb garden and how to harvest, store and use your herbs. Plants and seeds available for purchase. Bring your own planter or use containers provided. $5 materials fee (payable to instructor) covers soil, seeds and small container to start your garden.

Materials fee $5 paid to the instructor plus there will be herbs available to purchase
