Bringing Community Together, One Step At A Time
Since 2001, we have opened our doors to welcome community members to walk our multiple indoor and outdoor walking routes throughout the Noble High School property. Indoor routes range from 1/3 to 1/2 mile. If you’re up for a challenge, you have the option of including stairs in your workout. The outdoor routes are about a mile in distance. This is a great way to get in some exercise, especially during the cold New England months. Bring a friend or come as a family. All are welcome! Not to mention, joining is FREE!
To join, just drop by the main office to sign in and pick up a name tag. When you're done, you just sign out and drop off your name tag. Join the fun and become a Noble Strider!

Cold Reading and Scene Study Workshop
with Gregory Athans
Together we will embrace and cultivate the creative exploration of theatre where everyone can refine their talent and learn skills and techniques to reach their individual potential. Using the words of the playwright; along with instinct, motivation, emotion and other performance skills, participants will, through their own authenticity, develop a character and gain the confidence to be a great performer.
Each week, you’ll be paired with a partner and assigned a scene from a script. Beginning with cold readings and analysis, the scenes will be rehearsed and workshopped, culminating in a casual performance for your classmates at the following week’s class where the process will then begin again with a new partner and scene.
No prior experience is necessary-just a willingness to explore, take risks, and most importantly have FUN.
NACE is offering a special discount for high school students ages 15 - 17 who are interested in taking the class. Class cost for students ages 15 - 17 is $39. Contact us today to register.

with Kayla Day
Due to the high demand of the sourdough classes, NACE has added new combined sessions of Kayla Day's Sourdough classes! ☺️
-
101: Starting the Starter | 6 - 7:30pm
Have you ever wanted to learn how to make your own sourdough bread from start to finish? NACE is excited to welcome the owner and baker of Little Acre Farm, Kayla Day, to our Winter/Spring 2025 classes!
In this introduction to making sourdough, Kayla will teach you how to make your own starter from scratch, including initially starting the dough and feeding and maintaining the dough until it is ready to be baked. She will go over common issues that can arise from making sourdough starters and show you what each stage of the dough should look/smell like. You will leave the class with your own starter dough that you will feed until it is ready for baking. The cost of this class includes everything to get started.
102: Ready. Set. BAKE! | 6 - 8pm
Now that you have learned the art of making your own sourdough starters, it’s time to see the different things that you can bake with it! If you took Kayla’s Sourdough 101 class and have a starter that is ready to bake you can bring it to class or purchase a starter before the class. In this class you will learn different mixing and folding techniques to get the perfect bread. You will also learn how to take any excess dough you may have and see what you can make with it. Kayla will have dough ready to bake in class and you will get to take home the loaves made to bake at home.
Materials list for the 102 class include:
- Unbleached Flour (any brand)
- Mixing Bowl (no particular size just enough for mixing the dough)
- Wooden Spoon or Dough Whisk
- Plastic Bench Scraper
- Towl (if you don’t have a towel there will be saran wrap available)

Create a stunning quilt using a traditional pattern with a twist. This quilt contains 36 blocks and finishes at 72” x 72”. There are many ways to set the blocks- check out Google images for some ideas. * Please pre-cut your center squares before the first class.
