Holiday Wreath - Session 2

This 12” foam-based wreath is an inexpensive way to add to your holiday decorations. Wreaths are hand tied with a fabric of your choice which will be provided ( all fabric preparation will be done beforehand). You will also have a choice of a rustic ornament to embellish your finished wreath. All materials will be provided. A $10 materials fee to be paid to instructor.

 

Introductory Exploration of Woven Quilting

Years ago, I purchased the book “Simply Stunning Woven Quilts” by Anna Faustino, and began playing with the concept of woven quilting. This technique is a great way to use abandoned blocks and/or assemble blocks from scraps that set a seasonal tone. In this class you will make two blocks then weave them using the techniques from the book to create a background. Go to www.nobleadulted.org for a list of materials and tools.

 

Knitting for Beginners

Leaves on a Breeze Wall Quilt

Lip Balm and Oil Basics

In this class you will learn to make your very own all natural Lip Balm using essential oils, and then you will take home 6 tubes with you. As the office staff can attest, these make great gifts or keep them to use yourself! We go over the basics of the essential oil properties and uses. If time allows, we will make a surprise gift. A $7 material fee is payable directly to the instructor.

Prevent accidents by learning defensive driving techniques. Bureau of Highway Safety staff will teach you how to improve your driving. Upon completion a 3-point credit will be applied to your driving record. Registration fee includes course materials. Payment in advance is preferred.

Kids, this is a great dessert to make with your adult. Learn how to make a classic jelly roll and how easy it is to customize it. Want to surprise everyone this fall with a pumpkin jelly roll? No problem! Both demonstrations and hands-on styles of learning will occur. Bring a container so you can bring a sample home. Class cost includes material fees.
