If the phrase “Oh my aching back!” is part of your vernacular, you’re not alone. Back pain is the second most common neurological ailment in adults. The good news is that by strengthening the muscles in your back (which, with your abs, make up the all-important core), you can actually help to relieve and prevent pain. Join us for this one night workshop and take away a toolbox of back strengthening techniques you can practice at home.

We offer multiple indoor and outdoor walking routes throughout the Noble High School property. Indoor routes range from 1/3 to 1/2 mile. If you’re up for a challenge, you have the option of including stairs in your workout. The outdoor routes are about a mile in distance. To join just drop by the adult education office to sign in and pick up a name tag. The rest is up to you and your walking buddies. This is a family friendly environment. Snack and nutrition materials provided by Choose To Be Healthy Coalition.
