Absolute Beginner Yoga 3

Yoga is for anybody and everybody! This class is great for anyone who wants to try yoga or has not practiced in awhile. You will be guided through basic poses and focus on proper body alignment. General Information for Yoga Classes: All equipment will be provided. Information learned through a yoga class should not be considered a substitute for medical advice. All yoga classes have a drop-in fee of $12.00 per week. No senior discount.

Angel Card Reading

This class teaches you how to connect with your angels and experience them as you never have before. Angels are all around us, and all we need to connect with them is to have the intent. In this class, you will begin to understand your psychic abilities and realize that we all have them. With the assistance of Angel Cards, you will learn to communicate with your angels and find the answers you’ve been looking for! Must bring your own deck of “Doreen Virtue Angel Cards” (not Tarot cards) to class.
Become a Noble Strider
with MSAD60 Adult & Community Education
Multiple indoor and outdoor walking routes are available on the Noble High School property! The indoor routes range from one-third to one-half mile. If you’re feeling up for a challenge, you may include stairs in your workout. The outdoor routes are closer to a mile in distance. To join, drop by the adult education office to pick up an official Noble Striders tag and sign in. The rest is up to you and your walking buddies. This is a family friendly environment. Snack and nutrition materials provided by the Choose To Be Healthy Coalition.

Welcome to the wonderful world of woodcarving! Be inspired and challenged by the project lessons as you find joy and satisfaction in this wonderful craft. You will complete two projects to develop your carving skills. You will get step by step instructions on how to do basic cuts, sharpen your tools, and develop safe carving techniques. Bull’s Eye Quilt

This fun quilt is a joy to create and uses up scraps of all kinds. Use a variety of background fabrics in similar hues along with a number of scraps. Create your quilt from youth fabrics, reproduction fabrics or just go random and use those “what was I thinking” fabrics! You won’t be disappointed. *No class March 31.
Materials List for 58” X 74” Quilt:
- 3 1/4 yd total assorted prints for background (or 48 - 9x9 sqs)
- 2 1/2 yd total assorted prints for lg circles (or 48 - 8x8 sqs)
- 1 1/2 yd total assorted prints for med circles (or 48 - 6x6 sqs)
- 3/4 yd total assorted prints forsm circles (or 48 - 4x4 sqs)
- matching sewing thread
- sewing machine you are comfortable using and is in good working order
- basic sewing supplies
I used tan/light browns for background and LOTS of scrap pieces for the circles. We might even share some of our fabrics to add or take away from different shades. Anything/everything works in this beautiful, FUN no-stress quilt.
*NOTE: Not all my circles were exact, but close. We cut away from the back so DON’T precut all your circles.
Canning: Pressure Canning

No need to back away from pressure canning when it comes time to preserve your garden harvest. Kate will provide simple recipes and show you how to safely use equipment. Having safety knowledge of canning is helpful but not required. You will leave with a jar of vegetables or soup. Materials fee of $5 due to instructor the first class.
